Suriyothai: A Heroine from Thailand
A Topsy-Turvy Doll

Suriyothai was a real queen in medieval Thailand.  She stopped a civil war by riding an elephant straight onto the battlefield between two warring kings.  Suriyothai died on that battlefield, but she is remembered in statues and parks all over Thailand.  And she is remembered here with our doll that turns into a soft velvet elephant.  Approximately 10″ tall.   As with all of my dolls, this is my own copyrighted pattern.  The Suriyothai comes with a brief biography in a small, handmade book.

Suriyothai and the Elephant, $50

Most of our dolls and stuffed animals are reversible dolls.  If you see two or more characters in a photo, that means there are two or more characters in one doll.

All topsy-turvy dolls are made to order, so you can order a custom reversible doll with your choice of hair, dress, skin and eye colors.  Just let me know!  Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly.
