“Beth at Realms of Gold did an amazing job bringing back to life my daughter’s longtime favorite stuffed animal—Rosie the lion.  After years of daily use, Rosie had become quite dirty, her hair had become matted, and she had become quite floppy due to flattened stuffing.  Beth cleaned Rosie, unmatted her hair and gave her new stuffing—in other words, a new life!  One of the best parts of our experience was receiving the “in process” photographs of Rosie in her “spa” and getting stuffed. My daughter was so happy to receive these photos and to experience the cleaning process along with Rosie. “I cannot recommend Realms of Gold enough! I had my wife’s childhood Teddy Bear shipped to Beth and her staff after my dog had decided to make a chew toy out of it. The stomach stuffing was gone, there were multiple tears (and tears), one eye was extensively damaged and one ear was almost completely detached. After some research, I decided to give Realms of Gold a call. Beth greeted me with a genuine concern for my predicament and was very straightforward with what she could do for me. After sending her pictures of the damage she was very prompt at getting back to me with my options. She broke down all the associated costs and labor involved so there were no surprises. While she had ‘Teddy’ in her care she was constantly updating me on his progress. From arrival at her location to the spa treatment (cleaning) and the repair of the damage, Beth sent emails with pictures and updates – including saving a little of the original stuffing and placing it in a sewn heart inside of him. She even communicated with me before the final stitch (via email and photo) to ensure that I was okay with the amount of new stuffing he had received, asking if I wanted any more or less. The timeline for the return was spot on as well. She even sent me a message when he was being shipped back home to include the tracking number. All of the repairs were done perfectly and she even managed to clean him without restoring him to a ‘new-like’ condition, thus keeping his character.
